Dinner tonight

I bought a chillies bolw from the market other day. It was too much to keep it before it going to ripe. I decided that I better to something easy and can keep for a week or so.
Yes, I grilled it with some small red onions and garlics. As it burned I used the mortar to mashed it up liked pesto. I kept in the jar and it will least for a while. I will eat with rice and some boiled vegetables and some soup or stire fried.

Fresh from the garden

This juicy looking tomatoes are first picking from my garden, I've ate some today at lunch time with fresh bread and mozzarella cheese. Yes!! I was delious and a real fresh.

Kaffir lime plant

I've been looking for this plant over the year and dreaming one day I will grow it. My recent trip to Thailand I managed to get a pack of the kaffir lime seeds. I tried to grow one pack which has about 10 seeds inside. Yes, it is growing but far too slow. While I am waiting for the plants to get growing I also did some researched about it and I has even found a few people are selling them in eBay. I found a nursery in the West Sussex is selling it so I decided to check it out and I bought one home with me. As I said I always dreaming one day I will get the plant even though the cost was a bit too expensive but I just want to buy myself a present. It was £45 for it and I have to keep indoor during winter as its too cold to be outside. I will following up later in spring if the plant still alive or not.

The plants in my garden

This year we growth quite a few plants especially the chillies but sadly though the summer has gone. I don't know how long my plants are going to survive during the winter period. I don't have enough space to keep some inside the house. I try to give some to my colleagues at work but not many people want them. I wish I could bring it to grow in Corfu.
