My foods and Where are they came from?

I just got back from a Sunday trip shopping at Sainsbury's, normally I don't buy too much because I don't have space for a small fridge.  I live conveniently to shops  like Lidle, Tesco, Asda and Aldi. Normally, I do my shopping for fruits at East Street Market, the market has been there for a very long time and served well for the local and  the migrants. the market has reminded me of my country market, sometimes I can get a very cheap deal too.

Here all my foods from my shopping basket today and where are they came from?

Sainsbury's Flavouripe tomatoes, This packed of tomato grown in Canary Island and cost £ 1.25

Packed of Sainsbury's Grapes, This  grown in Italy..

Pak Choi This origin grown in Spain

This is a Scottish Salmon Fillets: origin from Loch Linnhe

a packed of Babycorn and Mange tout, This is grown in Namdhari, India and Athos, Peru.

I like to eat fresh and healthy foods and I prefer buy vegetable and fish as well as fruits. I don't like apple as much  as I think they are tasteless.

foods and drinks on 11/11/11

Today is Friday 11/11/11. I woke up at 6.00 and started my day with a cup of coffee with milk.

I had my lunch at about mid day with my home cooking. I made a spicy cucumber salad with chillie, lime, tomato and fish sauce. I also had a fried chicken that I bought from Tesco the previous day  and some sticky rice.

I had a cup of earl gray tea in the afternoon with milk and  a walnut cup cake which I bought from Asda for my dessert.

Later on, I had a cup latte as well.

An hour later I had sharron fruit  for my snack which I bought from East Street market today.

My dinner, I had grilled cheese and a Greek style salad with some bread. The salad was a home made by my partner. He made from cucumber, tomato, avacado and some spring onion mixed with olive oil.

I finished off with a glass of Chardoney.
Have a peaceful day 11/11/11

The music that I like

I like pop music because I like the excitement of the rhythm. I don't very mind mostly depended on my mood example in the morning the music should be not too exciting but just keep me up, in the afternoon my music should stimulating my energy to wake up and in the evening the music should be soft and sleepy and as I wanted to be relax at home.
The band that I like is " The Eagles" because the are cool band in my generation. The song is Hotel California because the lyrics is so catching and the tune, it's made me want to dance.
The music that I am listening to at the moment is Adele because I like her voice. I think she so sweet and seems very nice girl.
I have been to the Musical " Rock of ages" which they plays alot of music that I known and the good things that I can singalong and dance with  the cast. I enjoyed very..

"Hotel California"On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway;
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself,
'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...

Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel California
Any time of year (Any time of year)
You can find it here

Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes Benz
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget

So I called up the Captain,
'Please bring me my wine'
He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty nine'
And still those voices are calling from far away,
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say...

Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
They livin' it up at the Hotel California
What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise)
Bring your alibis

Mirrors on the ceiling,
The pink champagne on ice
And she said 'We are all just prisoners here, of our own device'
And in the master's chambers,
They gathered for the feast
They stab it with their steely knives,
But they just can't kill the beast

Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before
'Relax,' said the night man,
'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like,
But you can never leave!'
